Settlement of Fatimah Nisa’ Khanum with Ganj‘ali and Muhammad Karim, 1872
Fatimah Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of Hasan Rubini, forgoes her claims against Ganj‘ali and Muhammad Karim, the sons of Davud, in exchange for some crystal candy. Ganj‘ali, too, renounces his claims against his wife, Fatimah Nisa’ Khanum, in exchange for the same amount of crystal candy, provided that she reside anywhere but in Nuhah.

The document reads: "Astan-i Quds received thirty nine tumans, sugar, tea, tobacco, lemon and Seville orange juice, etc. [illegible], and gratuity for the innkeeper for the expenses of the Rawzah for the royal Kishikkhanah, endowed by Anis al-Dawlah, for the stipend of myself, Muhammad ʻAli, her representative [for guardianship]." On margin: "Muqarrab al-Khaqan Mirza ʻAli Akbar Mustawfi and Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurers of Astan-i Quds, should issue financial drafts about the endowment of Anis al-Dawlah."

Settlement between Zibandah Khanum and Aqa Jalil (son of Karbalayi Hashim), on August 26, 1911, which includes about six man [each man is three kilograms] of pure yellow oil, which sold for five tumans and three thousand and fifteen shahis.

Settlement of [illegible] Balaghi; the document transfers parts of the villages of Tas Kand, Ranquli, Nabi Kandi, and Hisar in exchange for Tirikchi village of Tikan Tappah, including the lands and the fields, and transfers her/his rights to the harvest in exchange for two mans [each man equals three kilograms] of white sugar lumps.

Marriage contract of Nargis Khatun, the daughter of Muhammad Rasul, and Ustad Muhammad Karim, the son of Ustad Din Muhammad, the shoemaker. The mahr is twenty eight tumans and some rock candy worth nine thousand, seven hundred and fifty dinars. Eight tumans of the mahr has been received and the rest remains the groom’s debt.
